Wengage Guidelines

Wengage is a free app developed for women facilitating a real-time connection in the moment they are looking for company. Safety is fundamental to everything we do. These guidelines and our Terms of Use have been carefully considered to help create a safe and positive experience for all. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in losing access to our platform.

 

Wengage is for women only.

 

Wengage is not a dating app. Anyone seeking romantic connections must use another platform.

 

Respect 

 

Wengage is a world wide community of women, and diversity is a reflection of that community. In supporting each other, we expect all of our users to respect other people’s beliefs, interests and property. We will not tolerate hate speech, bullying, rude or abusive behaviour. Additionally, we encourage all of our users to report anyone who does not follow these guidelines.

 

Photos

 

A photo is required for your profile picture. It is important that users are able to recognize each other upon meeting for the first time. If your photo does not register, you will be asked to take your photo again – ensuring your face is clear and well lit. This photo can be used as your profile picture or can be changed later at anytime.

 

Your face must be clearly visible in all photos. No watermarks or text overlaid. We expect your profile picture to be a clear representation of your face such that others are able to recognize you easily and confidently when meeting. For this reason, no other people are permitted in the picture.

 

We take copyright very seriously. If you don’t own the rights to a photo or video, please don’t post it on Wengage.

 

Zero tolerance policy for no-shows

If you agree to meet someone else through the app and are unable to follow through, you must contact the other user and inform her of your change of availability. If you’ve made a commitment and provide no notice to the other person of your later inability to keep your commitment, the other person(s) has the right to report you and you will be removed from the app/platform. Illegal activity

Illegal activity will not be tolerated on Wengage. This may result in being banned from the site, and/or being reported to the authorities.

 

No soliciting

​

If you try to use Wengage as a marketplace by posting coupon codes or sale links, you will be removed from the app. If you would like to advertise with us, please contact us.

 

Again, the above guidelines have been designed to ensure the safety of all users. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in the following: 

• A warning from the Wengage staff along with a reminder of the policy in question. If you ignore this warning, you will lose privileges on the platform.

• Immediate removal from the platform for failure to comply with the guidelines outlined in paragraphs 3, 4 and 5.
